The Z1400-K “Level-Trol” adjustable floor cleanout with Anchor Flange is engineered to be utilized in a water proofing membrane application. Flashing to the anchor flange will reduce installation and rework time. Comes standard with gas and watertight ABS tapered thread plug and round scoriated cast iron heavy-duty secured top comes in Polished Bronze (ZB), Nickel Bronze (ZN), and Stainless Steel (ZS) top options with adjustment to the finished floor. This cleanout is compatible with Inside Caulk, No-Hub, and Neo-Loc connection types, and is supplied with a foam thread protector to keep threads clean prior to and during final concrete pour.
