The Z1173 Ejecto-Matic Greaseptor is an acid resistant coated interior and exterior fabricated grease interceptor that comes standard with an internal air relief by-pass, bronze cleanout plug, visible double wall trap seal with removable combination pressure equalizing/flow diffusing baffle, and sediment tray. The grease retention tray adjacent to the grease draw-off valve, along with gasketed non-skid secured cover and Z1108 Flow control fitting.
