How to get set up

Connecting is easy. We'll walk you through the process.

1. Install Your Zurn Connected Products. Don't have any yet? Check out our Portfolio here.

2. Request Your Gateway. Once your products are installed, request your Gateway to connect them to plumbSMART.

3. We'll Activate Your Account. As soon as you submit your gateway request, we’ll set up your enterprise and administrator account in plumbSMART. You’ll receive a confirmation email once its complete. Any questions? Call us at 844-987-6737.

4. Log in to plumbSMART. Click the link in your confirmation email or go to to log into your account.

5. Get Your Team Accounts. You can add additional users and grant permissions from your administrator account.

6. Register Each Connected Product in plumbSMART. Watch the how-to video in the portal’s support section to learn how.

7. Now, Relax. You're connected!
