How to Get Set Up
Connecting is easy. We'll walk you through the process.
- Install Your Zurn connected products. Don't have any yet? Check out our portfolio.
- Request your Gateway. Once your products are installed, request your Gateway to connect them to plumbSMART.
- We'll activate your account. As soon as you submit your gateway request, we’ll set up your enterprise and administrator account in plumbSMART. You’ll receive a confirmation email once its complete. Any questions? Call us at 844-987-6737.
- Log in to plumbSMART. Follow the link in your confirmation email or go to plumbsmart.zurn.com to log into your account.
- Get your team accounts. You can add additional users and grant permissions from your administrator account.
- Register each connected product in plumbSMART. Watch the how-to video in the portal’s support section to learn how.
- Now, relax. You're connected!
